SB 2569 Public Drone Use Reporting
Between January 1 and January 15 of each odd-numbered year, each state law-enforcement agency and each qualifying county or municipal law-enforcement agency that used or operated a drone during the preceding 24 months must publish the specified use report. The local population threshold is greater than 150,000. The report must be posted on the agency website or otherwise made public if the agency has no website.
