About
Texas Robotics Law covers the Texas and federal law that governs robots, autonomous systems and physical AI: automated vehicles and trucking, drones and uncrewed aircraft, industrial and service robots, safety testing and standards, liability and insurance, data privacy and cybersecurity, government use and procurement, and the intellectual property and contracts behind commercialization. General AI governance is treated at Texas AI Law; general data privacy at Texas Data Law; patents, copyrights and general trade secret law at Texas IP Law.
Texas Robotics Law is an independent publication. It is published by Jason Blackstone, who is responsible for its content. The appearance of a Buchalter LLP email address and firm affiliation on this publication does not mean the firm publishes, sponsors or endorses it.
